By accessing the Stinky Binz website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure we provide the highest quality service while protecting both your property and our team.

1. Scope of Service & Safety Limitations
To maintain safety standards and adhere to insurance requirements, Stinky Binz operates under strict service limitations:

Ground-Based Operations Only: All cleaning services are performed strictly from the ground level.
No Roofs or Balconies: We are not insured for roof work. Additionally, due to potential drainage issues, we do not provide cleaning services for balconies.
Stucco & Siding Exclusion: We do not clean stucco or the exterior sides of homes. These surfaces are delicate; high-pressure cleaning can lead to paint damage or structural compromise to the stucco finish.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a successful service visit, customers are responsible for:

Ensuring bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled service day.
Providing a clear path to the bins that does not require our team to enter restricted or unsafe areas.
Notifying us of any hazardous materials inside the bins (e.g., chemicals, needles, or animal waste) prior to cleaning.
3. Payments & Billing
All services must be paid for at the time of booking or via the invoice provided.
Recurring service plans are billed automatically according to the selected schedule.
Stinky Binz reserves the right to pause service for accounts with overdue balances.
4. Liability & Property Protection
While we take every precaution to clean your bins safely, Stinky Binz is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to bins (cracks, broken wheels, or lids).
Property damage resulting from cleaning requests that fall outside our "ground-based" safety scope if a customer insists on non-standard service.
Water runoff issues on properties with improper or blocked drainage systems.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Las Vegas, NV.
